What You’ll Do
- Safely lead daily traffic control operations and oversee the setup of compliant work zones
- Supervise and support crew members, promoting safety, accountability, and teamwork
- Conduct pre-job briefings and communicate directly with clients on-site
- Ensure safe work zone setups, including signs, cones, and proper equipment use
- Monitor vehicles and equipment, perform inspections, and document usage
- Manage time and crew readiness—punctuality and reliability are key to our client satisfaction
- Respond to hazards and emergencies using established safety protocols
- Use mobile tools for field operations and complete documentation and reporting
